“You can’t change the wind, but you can set your sails differently.”

I’m here for you when something weighs on you: exhaustion, pressure or relationships that are difficult right now – with your partner, in your family or at work. Confidential, on equal footing and at your own pace.

Booking is handled by my booking partner zeeg – you’ll be redirected there.

Who I’m here for

You work hard and carry responsibility – at work, in your family, for others. Functioning, carrying on, being strong. Until at some point the energy runs out.

What I often see in my practice:

Men in particular rarely talk about this – yet the first step is often the hardest. Woman or man: there is room for you here, without any fuss.

Together we look at what is costing you so much energy right now – and what can give you stability again. At your own pace and in complete confidence.

Often, what wears us out has to do with other people.

When things get difficult between people

Much of what truly occupies us has to do with other people. With our partner, our children, our own parents – or with the boss you face every morning. And often things play out the same way again and again, even though you wish for something different.

In your relationship

on your own or as a couple

  • You keep arguing about the same things – or hardly talk anymore
  • Closeness and distance just don’t fit together right now
  • A turning point has shifted something between you
  • You’re not sure whether you want to stay together

In your family

individually or together

  • You can’t seem to reach your child right now
  • Letting go that hurts on both sides
  • Around your parents you suddenly feel twelve again
  • Caring for parents, sibling conflicts, a blended family – and you in the middle

At work

in individual sessions

  • A conflict with your manager or your team follows you all the way home
  • You feel overlooked or taken advantage of
  • You say yes when you mean no

With yourself

in individual sessions

Sometimes you end up in the same situations with very different people. Often there is a pattern behind it that you never consciously chose. Recognising it is often the first step towards responding differently.

You can come on your own or as a couple. And even if the other person doesn’t come along, we can look at your part together.

I don’t believe you have to hit rock bottom before seeking support. Sometimes it’s enough to feel that you don’t quite understand yourself right now.

What carried me through difficult times was understanding what was going on inside me – and learning to give myself stability even in turbulent phases. That inner security is what I want to pass on.

In my practice by Lake Chiemsee you’ll find a calm, protected space – no pressure, no judgement. Together we look at what supports you right now and what gives you stability again.

In my work I combine talk therapy with Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy – a psychodynamically based approach that works with inner images.

Qualifications & further training

  • Working as a Heilpraktikerin for 20 years
  • Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy (after Hanscarl Leuner)
  • Logotherapy & existential analysis (after Viktor Frankl) – training in a school context (Tyrol, Austria)
  • Further training in youth work and addiction work

My personal approach

If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up men to gather wood, hand out tasks and divide the work. Instead, teach them to long for the vast and endless sea.

Frequently asked questions

What happens in the first session?

You tell me what’s on your mind – at your own pace. Together we see whether what you need fits with my work. It’s a chance to get to know each other, in both directions.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies: as long as necessary, as short as possible. With a clear concern, you can often move forward after just a few sessions.

Can we come as a couple?

Yes. Couples sessions last 90 minutes so that you both have enough space. You can also come on your own first – that’s often a good start.

My conflict is at work – does the other person need to come?

No. We work with your side: how you experience the situation, what it triggers in you and what options you have. This is not mediation between you and your boss or colleagues.

Do I need to prepare?

No. You don’t need to prepare anything – and you don’t have to say yes to anything that doesn’t feel right.
